EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We have been charged to research a new Senior Embedded Software Engineer. to join the R&D Team.
Skills required:
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in C, C++ for embedded systems
- Good understanding of real time operating systems, concept, design, and patterns
- Experience in Testing and Firmware quality assurance including real time debugging
- Good knowledge of common wireless communications protocols, such as Wi-Fi, BLE, GPRS, LTE M Cat 1; NBIoT is a plus
- Familiarity with sprint management and statistical algorithms is a plus
- Good knowledge of Localization solutions as GNSS; LBS is a plus
- Excellent English, written and spoken is a must
- Proactive team player with strong communication skills
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware/applications for company products
- Design and implement firmware applications for nRF family or similar
- Application-level programming of products in the portfolio
- Test Firmware using debuggers, emulators, simulators, and logic analyzers
- Coordinate and manage tasks around real-time programming
- Investigate on quality issues and non-conformities
- Support Product management and talk directly with customers on their needs when needed
